Q: What accomplishments are you the most proud of?
A: I am most proud of co-founding the PB&J Club where we feed 70 homeless people each week and continue to expand our outreach. We will be partnering with The House and CMU for their fundraiser “A Night on the Street” that will bring awareness to teen homelessness.
Q: If you were the principal of your high school for a week, what would you do or change?
A: I would personally check in with every student at GJHS and introduce myself, and would follow up at the end of the week with a Chick-Fil-A party.
Q: If you could have dinner with one person, living or dead, who would you choose and why?
A: Serena Williams. Her childhood story of growing up in Compton and becoming one of the most accomplished female athletes ever to live is a fascinating story. She is an inspiration as she continues to change the world both on and off the tennis court.
Q: If you could live anywhere or do anything for one year, what would you do and why?
A: I would work at an international banking institute in Zurich, Switzerland and would ski the Alps on the weekends.
Q: What advice would you give yourself as a freshman?
A: Have a positive attitude, give your full effort and don’t sweat the small stuff.
